Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-commerce Rules, 2020.
1. Eligibility Window
Consumers may initiate a return or exchange request within 100 hours from the date and time of delivery, as recorded by our logistics partners.
- Must be unused & unwashed
- Original tags must be intact
- Resalable condition required
2. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Rule 4(8) of the E-commerce Rules, certain items are exempt from return:
- Gift cards & Digital Vouchers
- Clearance & Discounted items
- Custom or Made-to-order products

To maintain the highest hygiene standards and support our artisan community, a nominal processing fee (ranging between ₹50–₹99) may be applicable for reverse pickup services, depending on the region and logistics constraints.
Partial COD orders will have forward and return shipping charges adjusted from the final refund amount.
