Once dispatched, shipment details and tracking information will be shared via email or SMS.

    Usually delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas

  • Public Holidays / Peak Seasons

    Delivery may take longer than usual due to high carrier volumes.

Attempts & Non-Delivery

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to us.

In case of undelivered returns:

  • - Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • - Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipment will incur additional charges.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipment is marked delivered by the courier partner, the responsibility and risk transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after successful delivery confirmation.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, government restrictions, courier operational issues, natural disasters, local disruptions, or peak sale periods.

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be applicable due to delivery delays alone.

Order Tracking

Customers can track their order using the tracking link shared after dispatch. Tracking updates are managed by courier partners and may take time to reflect in their systems.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees as per local laws.

  • • Customers are fully responsible for paying any applicable import charges.
  • • Failure to pay duties may result in shipment being held or destroyed without refund eligibility.

International Disclaimer

We will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, non-delivery due to unpaid duties, local courier restrictions, or government regulations in the destination country.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Availability depends on location & order value.
  • COD handling charges may apply at checkout.
  • COD refunds are via NEFT bank transfer only.

Notice:

Repeated COD delivery refusals may lead to account restrictions or permanent disablement of the COD option for your account.

Secure Payment & Shipping Assurance

All orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation. Tracking details act as proof of dispatch.

Courier delivery confirmation acts as proof of delivery. COD orders are verified before dispatch.

Refunds are processed strictly as per our Returns Policy. No refunds issued for external courier delays.
