The legal framework ensuring a secure and transparent relationship with Aegan Fashion.
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “Customer”) and Aegan Fashion, a manufacturing and trading entity based in Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Scope of Services
Aegan Fashion operates an online platform to showcase, sell, and distribute traditional garments including dhotis, veshtis, mundus, and related apparel products. All services are subject to availability, operational feasibility, and business discretion.
2. Purchase Requests
All orders placed on our website are treated as purchase requests, not final invoices. Acceptance is confirmed only after dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock, pricing, or logistical issues.
3. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, restrict, or terminate service to any user without prior notice if the activity is fraudulent, abusive, commercially unviable, or violates applicable laws.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are in INR, inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated. Order processing begins after successful payment confirmation through authorized channels.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for providing accurate information. False data may lead to order cancellation or account restriction for system safety.
6. Restricted Activities
Fraudulent orders, bulk orders with intent to cancel, or misuse of return facilities are strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
7. Force Majeure
Aegan Fashion is not liable for failures or delays beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labour shortages, or supply chain interruptions.
8. Electronic Records
You agree that all transaction logs, delivery confirmations, and system data maintained by us shall be admissible as evidence in any legal or regulatory proceeding.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and product designs are the exclusive property of Aegan Fashion. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited under Indian Law.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India, and governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
